What if it books the wrong slot?

It only offers slots that are actually open in your calendar, and it books exactly what the customer picked. Every booking shows up in your calendar and in your summary, so you see it the moment it happens.

Does it sound like a robot?

It sounds like a calm, clear person who knows your business. It introduces itself as your assistant, never pretends to be human, and keeps calls short. You'll hear it yourself before you decide.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so, takes the customer's details, and hands over to your team. It never guesses at prices, promises, or availability it can't see.

Who sees my data?

The agent gets access only to the calendar, sheets and folders you connect, and nothing else in your accounts. Your conversations aren't used to train anything. You can revoke access at any time.
